Installation of a temporary waterway diversion structure to allow construction to proceed in dry conditions. Installation of soil erosion and sediment control measures as required. Removal of the existing concrete deck, steel superstructure, concrete encased steel and stone abutments, and excavation of the surrounding fill to accommodate the proposed structure. Installation of micropiles and concrete pile cap. Installation of a 3-sided precast concrete arch frame and precast concrete wingwalls.
