These models are like items so that they are compared equally in the competitive evaluation process. The carpet selections will apply to both building associated with this project. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors (Tier II Contractors) to contact the aforementioned Tier I Contractors for material quotes and orders. The Tier II Contractors shall choose one of the aforementioned 7 carpet selections and negotiate with the Tier I Contractor. Once the negotiation is complete, the installer shall provide a quote in response to solicitation W50S6W-23-Q-0004 that includes the price for the carpet and adhesives per square foot. The following is a list of major items of work to be accomplished by the Contractor. The list of the major items of work is not intended to be a complete listing of every operation to be performed. All work incidentals to these major items of work shall be performed by the contractor to furnish the Government with complete and usable deliverables at no additional cost. The contractor shall: 1. Remove and replace carpet throughout building 1217. The estimated square yardage of carpet is 544 square feet. 2. Remove and replace carpet and flooring in building 1228.
