End of NB Off Ramp to N. End of NB On Ramp in Hillsborough County. Note the Substituted Commercial General Liability Insurance requirements contained in section 7-13.2 of the project Specifications. Prequalification per Rule 14-22 is not required. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
