**As of June 13, 2023, project was awarded to ADVANCED EXCAVATING SPECIALISTS, LLC, awarded amount is $786,192.02.** The project provides for the removal and replacement of existing sewer main, service laterals and manholes and removal and replacement of existing water main and service laterals located in the Oregon Way/14th Avenue alley between California Way and Cypress Street and any other incidentals necessary to complete the specified work in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications.
