The Owner is building a new 60,000 square feet school building in Val Thérèse , Ontario and is pre-purchasing the two Packaged Outdoor Air Handling Units for the project, to be delivered curb side and offloaded by mechanical contractor. The evaluation of the Proposals will be by the mechanical consultant. Proposals that do not meet the requirements or do not include a functional cooling component can be disqualified, at the discretion of the consultant. Price will be the basis for the evaluation and $10,000.00 added costs will be implemented by the Owner in the evaluation process should separate cooling units, in lieu of prepackaged be included in the Quotation. The added costs are for project engineering and added construction costs. The units are to be Purchased by the board, delivered to the construction project at the appropriate time as determined by the mechanical contractor. Anticipated delivery date September 2024. The Bidder is to Indicate that they can deliver the units within the required timelines.
