Renovation of a municipal facility in Lockport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference Number 0000317110 Scope of Work: Re-Gasket Entire Boiler Isolate and drain boiler. Remove boiler jacket. Remove burner. Remove front cast iron section and all remaining sections. Clean all removed sections sealing surfaces. Inform customer of condition. Reinstall all sections with all new fire and water side gaskets. Properly torque all stay bolts. Pressure test boiler. Reinstall piping and relief piping. Reinstall flue, burner, boiler jacket, and all other components removed. Perform a complete combustion check and provide the test results to the District. Quote should include pricing for all burner, fire/waterside gaskets. Quote should also include pricing for a front end section, intermediat, and rear end sections if needed.
