Repairs and related items consist of the following approximate quantities: 1 LS Mobilization, 1 LS Traffic Control, 1 LS SWPPP Implementation & Maintenance, 5,700 SY Pavement Removal, 2,500 LF Curb & Gutter Removal, 430 SY Driveway Removal, 6,300 SY Geosynthetic Material, 6,300 SY Aggregate Base and Surfacing - 24 inch, 2,600 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter, 430 SY Concrete Driveway - 6 inch, 7 EA 30" Storm Sewer Catch Basin, 6 EA 48" Storm Sewer Manhole, 2,600 LF 4" Drain Tile, 1,100 LF 12" Storm Sewer, 60 LF 18" Storm Sewer, 1 EA 18" CMP FES, 2,700 SY Topsoil Stripping, Grading, Topsoil Replacement & Seeding.
