Renovation of a municipal facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project will replace approximately 1,300 fire/smoke dampers throughout the HPD headquarters building. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the installation of new electrical panels, new fire alarm relays, and all incidental work associated with the replacement of the dampers. There will be coordination required with 3rd party testing and commissioning agents. The site will be occupied, work may be performed in phases and/or after hours. All questions must be submitted by 12:00 p.m., Friday, May 5, 2023.
