As of May 16, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Roadway Base Repair Contract: Perform Approximately 322 Tons of 19.0 mm asphalt roadway base repairs. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. Payment and performance bonds or certified checks in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker s compensation insurance, shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. All envelopes containing bid proposals shall be clearly marked Roadway Base Repair Bid. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
