Scope of Services - Check into the main office upon arrival. Follow appropriate safety/PPE requirements, including Lockout/Tagout as needed. Visually inspect boiler, including gas and water piping. Heat exchanger inspection. Flush heat exchanger. Inspect and clean burner. Inspect vent system & flue for tightness and deterioration. Inspect safety and operating controller setting to ensure proper operation. Inspect combustion air fan, filter and intake air screen. Inspect voltages and connections. Performance verification Test low water cutoff. Report any deficiencies found to TCPFA. Start up unit, log and check proper operation. Provide a written report of all work completed. Perform cleanup of work areas. Open and close boilers for state inspections biannual. Questions or clarifications requiring responses before submitting a bid shall be directed to Jessica Booth, Purchasing Agent, via email to Jbooth@exposquare.com no later than 12:00 p.m. April 14, 2023.
