Renovation of a municipal facility in Newberry, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of April 5, 2024, an awarded construction manager has been identified. The project is being bid for trades under a seperate listing. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. The City of Newberry, Florida Commissioners are interested in inviting and receiving proposals from qualified Construction Management firms at Risk with experience in the design, development, and construction for the renovation of the existing structure and construction of the new City Hall. For consideration, responses to this request must contain evidence of the experience and ability to perform the specified services identified within this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The City Newberry, hereinafter called the "City", is seeking proposals from qualified construction managers (Proposers) to provide construction management services with a guaranteed maximum price for the construction of the Project referenced above, hereinafter called the "Project".
