Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bay Head, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of May 25, 2023, project was awarded to Earle Asphalt Company, awarded amount is $613,013.13. Bids submitted prior to this time must be submitted to Mr. Frank Pannucci, Administrator, Borough of Bay Head, 83 Bridge Avenue, Bay Head, New Jersey 08742. Deviation from this submittal procedure will subject the proposal to rejection. The work of this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: roadway reconstruction of lake avenue bridge avenue to osborne avenue (north) consisting of installation of 9 inlet basins and 250 lf storm pipe, pavement reconstruction including approximately 6,590 sy varying depth milling; gravel base course; 175 tons hot mix asphalt base and 980 tons surface course; 3,745 lf of concrete vertical curb reconstruction; traffic striping; and all work necessary and incidental thereto. Each Proposal must be submitted utilizing the forms contained within the Contract Documents. It must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the BIDDER, his address and name of Project(s) for which the Bid is submitted. Materials to be contained within the sealed envelope are specified under "Instructions to Bidders." Bid Proposals shall be complete, in ink, and any Bids incomplete or not submitted in a sealed, specially addressed envelope may be considered informal.
