Renovation of a residential development in Orangeville, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Five County Association of Governments Weatherization Assistance Program is seeking bids for a residential roofing job in Beaver County. The job includes complete tear off and removal of old shingles and debris, remove swamp cooler and patch area, install new underlayment, new ventilation, flashings, and drip edge. Install new 30-year architectural asphalt shingles including hip and ridge cap. Active State of Utah contractor license in good standing, business license, liability and comprehensive general liability insurance, and Workers Compensation insurance or waiver are required. Contractors must comply with Weatherization Program guidelines and current building code * Complete tear off of old 3 tab shingles and underlayment. * Remove swamp cooler, patch and seal hole in deck. * Install new underlayment with Ice and Water Shield in the valleys and on eaves. * Install new roof vents, pipe jacks, and drip edge around the perimeter. * Install new 30 Year architectural asphalt shingles. * Install Hip and Ridge Cap shingles. * Split and Itemize Material and Labor. * Provide one year warranty of any defective work. * Travel-from place of business to job site.
