The City of Wichita's Standard Specifications are required provisions for the furnishing of all materials and doing all work to complete the above referenced project, and are hereby made a part of these provisions as if fully set forth herein. Said Standard Specifications shall control except as modified by the following Special Provisions. The Contractor shall read and fully comprehend every aspect of the contract provisions included in this bid proposal, prior to submitting a bid for the project.
