Renovation of a municipal facility in Valhalla, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The livestreaming of the bid opening via WebEx is in addition to and not in place of the publicly bid opening to be held in Room 527 of the Michaelian Office Building. Work under this Contract includes all necessary labor, materials and equipment required for the Emergency Generator Replacement, Richard A. Flynn, Sr. Fire Training Center, 4 Dana Road, Grasslands Campus, Valhalla, New York: 1. Removal of existing Generator system and all components. 2. Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete all work as shown on the contract drawings and in accordance with the specifications for the emergency generator replacement including but not limited to the Enclosure, Generators, ATSs, Switchgear, Feeders and all associated components. 3. Third party inspection for all work performed. 4. The commissioning and testing of the new Generator system Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Westchester County Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering, Room 512, Michaelian Office Building, White Plains, New York, and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
