Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a golf course in Beaver, Utah. Completed plans call for the addition of a golf course; for the demolition of a golf course; for the construction of a golf course; and for site work for a golf course.
BIDS for the demolition, construction and installation of golf course cart stalls, and related work. Contractor will be required to work with Beaver City to determine most cost-effective way to remove existing roofing structure, reconstruct damaged masonry wall sections, reinforce masonry walls and grout solid, connect to existing walls, concrete footings as necessary and perform quality control testing, according to Beaver City Standards. Beaver City will allow options to be presented as to upgrade of cart stall to metal building or improve existing structure. Roof to slope south, with rain gutter, metal roofing with snow/ice clips. Existing electrical may be removed for construction, but must be reinstalled. A two-year written guarantee to promptly remove and/or repair defective work warrantee will be required. Beaver City may elect to delete portions of the project pending bid results. Bidders shall submit evidence of qualifications to perform the Work.
