Site work for a water / sewer project in Petaluma, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The WORK includes pipe bursting existing 6-inch VCP sanitary sewer main with new 8-inch HDPE sanitary sewer main, the installation of new 48- inch sanitary sewer manholes. The replacement will include pipe bursting, connecting laterals, sanitary sewer manhole rehabilitation, and various sanitary sewer connections. The work also includes minor concrete curb and gutter repair, and sidewalk repair. SITE OF WORK: The site of the WORK is located: in San Carlos Drive area, along Vallejo Street including Averye Way and Myrtle Court, and within Rio Vista Way area. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the ENGINEER. Additions, deletions, or revisions to the Contract Documents considered necessary by the ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the ENGINEER as having received the Contract Documents. Questions received less than 14 days prior to the date of Bids may not be answered. Only answers to such questions issued by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
