On behalf of Rykka Care Centres, MMMC Inc Architects is inviting Construction Managers to submit a proposal for the new Pine Villa Long-Term Care home, a four-storey home comprised of 7 Resident Home Areas (RHAs), each housing 32 residents, for a total of 224 beds and amenity spaces. The new LTC home will be constructed on a 4.907-acre greenfield site adjacent to the existing home. The new building will be a four-storey non-combustible concrete and steel structure with no basement with a total gross floor area of approximately 12,825 sq m. Structure comprises of concrete, cold formed steel walls with composite floor slabs and block walls in the service area. Mandatory that Construction Manager proponents have long term care experience.
