Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Garden City, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Miscellaneous electrical equipment and labor to support new construction and a proposed booster pumping facility. Bid documents may be viewed at the Office of the Commissioner of General Services, c/o Division of Public Works, Town Hall, Room 211, Hempstead, New York. The Town of Hempstead reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner for not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. All such checks, except those of the three lowest bidders will be returned as soon as practicable after bid openings. Checks of the three lowest bidders will be returned as soon as practicable after signing of the Contract, but the Owner shall not retain them more than forty-five (45) days after opening of bids, except by mutual Agreement.
