Removal and disposal of existing sanitary sewer infrastructure. Removal and disposal of existing storm sewer infrastructure. Removal and disposal of existing water distribution infrastructure. Removal and disposal of existing sanitary and water service infrastructure. Sanitary sewer installation, including utility mains and manholes. Storm sewer installation, including utility mains, manholes, and catch basins. Water main installation, including utility mains, valves, hydrants, and fittings. Sanitary and water service installation, including service pipe and fittings. Fine grading and preparation of subgrade within the project limits. Placement of concrete works, including curbs, separate walks, lane aprons, and residential accesses. Placement of road structure, including subgrade, gravel base course and asphalt pavement. Adjustment of manholes and valves to match asphalt elevations. Placement of topsoil and sod over disturbed areas. Rehabilitation of impacted landscaping features.
