Renovation of a municipal facility in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Removal of existing roofing, roof insulation, and sheet metal flashings and trim, and replacement with new roof insulation board, cover board, SBS Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing, and associated sheet metal flashings and trim. Project is funded by FEMA reimbursement and is subject to all required FEMA Terms and Conditions. will be received electronically by the Lafourche Government. To view these, download, receive bid notices by e-mail, and submit the bid you must register with Central Auction House (CAH). Vendors/Contractors must submit their bids electronically. The Owner requires that each bidder attach to his bid a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond equivalent to 5% of the total bid as evidence of good faith of the bidder. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof except as provided by law. The Bidding Documents, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Special Conditions, Payment Bond, Performance bond, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Drawings, Specifications and Addenda may be examined.
