The San Joaquin County Department of Public Works (SJCDPW) on behalf of County of San Joaquin and/or the Mokelumne River Water and Power Authority (MRWPA) requests technical proposals from qualified consulting firms to undertake, perform and complete the engineering, environmental, and related tasks set forth in this Request for Proposals for the Mokelumne Integrated Conjunctive Use Program (MICUP). The project's Preliminary Scope of Work is shown as Exhibit A. A 27-month Schedule (July 2023 through October 2025) is part of the DWR Agreement, but elements of the work may extend beyond this time frame. A pre-bid meeting will take place on the date specified in the Consultant Selection Schedule (Section 7.0). Primary proposers are required to attend the pre-bid meeting; subconsultants are not required to attend. Only questions presented at or before the pre-bid meeting will be addressed. The SJCDPW will follow the consultant selection schedule listed below but reserves the right to modify the schedule in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the SJCDPW.
