Renovation of an educational facility in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a post-secondary education facility.
The project includes, but is not limited to the replacement of Air Handling Unit (AHU) 2 and Unit Ventilator Unit (UVU) 4 with a semi-custom design unit to serve the west laboratory spaces in the building, new ductwork and pipe reconfiguration, along with improved access and relocation of the existing electrical transformer. Additionally, Mechanical Room M0026 will be prepared for future AHU replacements and improved maintenance access. Questions regarding the scope of work should be directed to the Design Professional.
