The upgrades for water treatment facility include demolition of the existing filters, clearwell storage tank, transfer pumps, and associated piping, existing chemical feed tanks, analyzers, pumps, and equipment inside existing water treatment building. The work includes construction of new water treatment process including: two (2) 5-micron filters, two (2) 1-micron filters, bleach and caustic soda chemical feed systems, new HDPE clearwell tank and two (2) transfer pumps, process piping, and valves; including all incidental components as shown on the construction drawings and contract documents for a complete and operational system. The upgrades for camp loop service include demolition of the existing pad mounted transformers, slab, conduit/wire, and privacy fence. The work includes construction of new duct bank, conduit, wire, pad mounted transformers, slabs, main breaker, and privacy fence; including all incidental components as shown on the construction drawings and contract documents for a complete and operational system. Project Schedule: All work shall be completed within 300 calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. This performance period includes completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including submission of all Submittals, mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection, and delivery of documents described in the Uniform General Conditions, Article 12, 12.1.1.1. TPWD estimates the value of this contract to be $ 800, 000 - 950,000 and further sets the HUB subcontracting goal at 11.2 % of the contracts value *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
