The City of Conroe Transportation Department is taking bids for power washing and mowing services. The scope of work will be to power wash a total of 76 Fixed Route bus stop locations within the City of Conroe for Conroe Connection Fixed Bus Route service. The service will also need to mow the grass at six bus stop locations located along four Fixed Bus Routes. The power wash service will include the bus stop concrete slab foundations, interior and exterior of bus shelters, bus stop signage, benches, and/or bike racks. Vendors desiring further information or interpretation must request such information or interpretation from the Lauren Arnold (936-522-3843) should a Bidder discover a discrepancy or an omission in the plans or specifications, he should at once notify the Purchasing Department so that an addendum can be issued. No explanation or interpretation other than an addendum issued by the City will be considered official or binding. Mowing service locations will be ocated at the Conroe Park and Ride and six other Fixed Route Bus Stop locations. See attached list of bus stop locations. Frequency of service of power wash services will be one time per month. Mowing services will be twice per month between March and October and once per month November through February. Any changes outside the outlined scope of work above will be submitted in writing by the City of Conroe. Return bid for additional services would be submitted in writing to the City of Conroe within three business days. Any increase or decrease of service locations will be negotiated and agreed upon by both parties or new bid process will be started. Termination of services for either party will be a 30 day written notice submitted by either party before services rendered are terminated
