Renovation of a mixed-use development in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of May 19, 2023 , project was awarded to FieldTurf USD Inc. but awarded amount is not available. The project scope will consist of installation of synthetic turf for baseball and softball fields at Southwest High School and Southwest Legacy High School and replacement of the Southwest High School Spring Sports Complex soccer field synthetic turf. Proposing firm will submit specifications and product data for each type of turf proposed to install at each location. Two (2) baseball fields, two (2) softball fields and one (1) football/soccer field. Pricing must include: 1. Design Services and Construction Documents for the playing field and bullpens: a. Layout Plan b. Grading Plan c. Sub Grade Prep / Stabilization plan per geotechnical engineer recommendations d. Engineered Drainage Plan e. Field Marking Plan f. Detail Plans to include curbs, piping systems, base section and additional details as required to complete the installation of the field g. Topo Survey h. Permitting i. Shop drawings prior to commencement of construction for final approval Southwest Independent School District is accepting bid responses for the following equipment, products, and/or services: Question Deadline 04/21/2023 at 2:00 PM CT
