Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Request for Qualifications is being issued to identify and select a qualified Engineering Firm to provide detailed design services for the LBITP Capers Ridge Pump Station Additional Pump Capacity Project. The following studies and reports provide complete background on the project and relevant information pertaining to the CRPS: o Luce Bayou Interbasin Transfer - Final Environmental Impact Statement (2014) o Capers Ridge Pump Station and Raw Water Intake - As-Built Project Manual and Design Drawings CWA reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications. CWA also reserves the right to determine which Firm is the most advantageous to CWA and will result in the best and most economical completion of the work. This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). CWA will retain a Technical Advisor to assist in the subsequent design services scope of work, review design submittals and assist with any other related technical issues. The selected firm will work with CWA and its Technical Advisor during the design of the CRPS Additional Pump Capacity Project.
