Reference Number 0000317238 Question Deadline 05/01/2023 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Purchase Type Term: 05/15/2023 12:00 AM EDT - 05/31/2026 12:00 AM EDT Town of Southeast is seeking a qualified wetland and natural resource professional to provide wetland consulting services and other environmentally related services to the Town of Southeast on an as-needed basis, at an hourly billable rate. The successful candidate will serve as the Town's Wetland Inspector. Services will include comprehensive review of wetland applications before the Planning Board, administration of the Town's Wetland Ordinance, submittal of written reports and findings to the Planning Board and other departments as required, and coordination of project review with the applicant, Town staff, other consultants and interested environmental agencies as required. Tasks include wetland inspections, wetland delineation verification, and technical review of applications on an as-needed basis.
