Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
the work for which bids are requested consists of approximately 1,030 lineal feet of street construction, consisting of bituminous pavement removal, sanitary sewer, water main and services, HDPE storm sewer, PVC storm inlets, unclassified excavation, preparation of subbase, crushed aggregate base course, grading, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous pavement, concrete pavement, stamped and stained concrete sidewalk and pavement, concrete driveway approaches, lighting units, pavement marking, and lawn restoration. The construction of Oxford Avenue and Maple Street shall consist of removal of bituminous pavement, sanitary sewer and services, water main and services, storm sewer, electrical conduit and wiring installation, street lighting, unclassified excavation, preparation of subbase, crushed aggregate base, 9-inch concrete pavement, asphaltic concrete pavement, colored and stamped concrete pavement, colored and stamped concrete sidewalk, colored exposed aggregate concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approaches, tree planters and grates, sawing, prepared planting soil and epoxy pavement marking.
