Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Renfrew, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,800-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

Construction of two (2) equipment storage buildings on the Paramedic facility/administration property located at 450 O'Brien Rd., Renfrew, Ontario. The 50' x 36' garages will be used to house emergency response equipment. The Counties objective is to award a contract to the successful tenderer who can demonstrate the ability to deliver a high quality, well managed project for the construction of the storage buildings. Work is to include but not limited to all labour, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, permits, disposal and incidentals required to complete this work. Contractors are to provide quotations for each building. One building will be completely finished and the second building will be the shell excluding interior wall insulation and finishes and interior roof insulation and finishes. The Contractor shall commence work no earlier than June 15, 2023 and after receipt of a letter to proceed from the County and after the execution of the Contract documents, or issuance of Purchase Order as applicable. Time shall be of the essence of this Contract. All work required, as detailed in this Tender, shall meet the following schedule: Total Completion: October 01, 2023.
