This project consists of the installation and construction of a new water line, to replace the existing water line, along Canal Drive and several adjacent cul-de-sacs. The project will include the supply, labor, and installation of all materials necessary to install a fully functional water line. It will also include a realignment of a section of storm drain pipe, several storm drain catch basins, and storm drain combination boxes. The water line replacement will include reconnection of all service lines, fire hydrants, and PRV connections. It will also include necessary shutdowns and connections to existing mainlines. The warranty bond must be in a bond amount of 10 percent of the final Contract Price. The warranty bond period will extend to a date 1 year after Substantial Completion of the Work. Contractor shall deliver the fully executed warranty bond to Owner prior to or with the final application for payment, and in any event no later than 11 months after Substantial Completion.
