Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Street/Roadway Reconstruction , Sewer and Water Construction, ADA Curb Ramps, Curbs, Grubbing & Clearing, Stormwater Improvements, Erosion Control - Temporary, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete) The work for which bids are asked includes the following: reconstruct Elm Street, West Military Road to Hewitt Street, approximately 1,900 LF and Hewitt Street, Southline Road to Grand Avenue, approximately 625 LF. Existing water main will be replaced with new 8-inch Ductile Iron water main. New hydrants will be installed, and existing water services will be replaced with 1-inch Copper services to the right-of-way. Existing sanitary sewer will be replaced with new 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer and sanitary services will be replaced with new 6-inch PVC to the right-of way. Roadway including base, asphalt pavement, concrete curb and gutter, driveway aprons, sidewalk and storm sewer. Also a series of Bio-Retention Basins will be installed, these are located east of Elm Street (Military Road to Hewitt) The anticipated substantial completion date is September 29, 2023 and final completion date is October 27, 2023.
