Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Evanston, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work shall consist of building 4 Pickle Ball Courts and 2 Basketball Courts and all other services needed to complete this project. Each BIDDER will be required to submit, with his proposal, a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable without condition, to the City of Evanston, in the amount not less than five per percent (5%) of the BIDDERS maximum bid price as guarantee that such bidder will enter a contract within ten (10) days after the OWNERS Notice of Award. Preference will be given to resident Wyoming Contractors; Wyoming made materials and products, and Wyoming suppliers of products and materials in the amount of five percent (5%) of the low bid in accordance with Wyoming Statute 16-6-102 & 104. The City of Evanston reserves the right to reject any and or all bids, or any part of any bid, or to waive any formality in any bid, as its best interests may appear. The City is hoping to obtain another 200k to 300k in funding after July 1st for a general estimate range of $300k - $400k *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
