Renovation of an educational facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removals: - Existing toilets, sinks, floor drains, wall grille, and light fixtures. - Toilet partitions. - Terrazzo, mortar bed and concrete floor as required to accommodate new work. - Hazardous materials (asbestos and lead). .2 New Work: provision of: - Metal stud partitions. - Metal frame and wood door complete with lockset. - Plumbing fixtures and trim. - Plastic laminate casework vanity. - Toilet partitions. - Toilet and bath accessories. - Modification to HVAC system. - Modify existing electrical distribution to suit. - Ceiling mounted lighting, emergency lighting, and smoke detectors. .3 Demolition and renovation work as required. Work associated with Staff Washroom 2A is covered under Separate Price #1. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
