*Award subject to final approval Reference number : 1714058 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-01 Applicable Agreement(s): Quebec-Ontario Agreement (ACCQO), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) The Municipality of L'Ange-Gardien is requesting tenders for the execution of the work described briefly below: Complete repair of the PP-1 pumping station (Petit-Pre); Process mechanics Electricity Control Replacement of part of the discharge pipe Adding a drain line The addition of a non-return valve to the PE-1 manhole; Road and backyard repairs. The person responsible for the call for tenders for the Municipality of L'Ange-Gardien is Mrs. Lise Drouin, telephone: (418) 822-1555, ext. 107 and email: ldrouin@langegardien.qc.ca. The Municipality of L'Ange-Gardien does not accept to receive tenders sent electronically. The Municipality of L'Ange-Gardien reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and to remove certain parts of the contract. The Client shall furthermore not be liable for any action or claim for costs or losses suffered by the tenderers as a result of such decisions.
