Renovation of a residential development in Miramichi, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition of existing HVAC equipment including exhaust fans, ducting, and grilles. .2 Installation of new heat recovery ventilators, ducting, diffusers, and grilles. .3 Electrical connection of new mechanical equipment. .4 Supply and installation of new distribution panels as indicated on the scope of work on drawing E1. .5 Replacement of circuit breakers for the distribution panels identified in the scope of work on drawing E1. .6 Remove and reinstall any and all items required to do the work as described in these specifications and drawings. .7 Cutting and patching required for work, to match existing conditions. .8 Abatement required for any work that interferes with the existing drywall joint compound. .9 Architectural work, including but not limited to, bulkheads to conceal the ductwork. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
