A timeline for award has not yet been establish.** Fox River Navigational System Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the bid packages associated with the following Projects: Contract 23-01 - Earthwork Contract 23-02 - Tuckpointing The Project includes the following Work: Contract 23-01 - Grading, excavation, and restoration at four lock locations including Appleton Lock #1, Cedars Lock, Little Chute Lock and Kaukauna Lock #5. Also, to include rip rap work at Little Chute Lock and underground piping at Kaukauna Lock #5. Contract 23-02 - Lock wall stone masonry tuckpointing at four lock locations. Cedars Lock, Combined Locks Lock - upper chamber, Kaukauna Lock #2, and Kaukauna Lock #4. Bid package to also include concrete repair work at Appleton Lock #2. Both bid packages to be bid with work at each lock being considered an alternate deduct. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
