It is the intention of this RFP to find a Contractor that is capable of designing, building, and installing an Audio/Video System for the Council Chambers. The Contractor shall be responsible for complete construction including permitting, engineering, architectural drawings, site preparation, and all other work associated with complete construction. The contractor shall have a minimum of three (3) years' experience in design, build and installation of Audio/Video Systems. The City of Bainbridge reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals in whole or in part, to waive informalities in the process, to obtain new proposals, or to postpone the opening pursuant to the City's purchasing policies. Bids shall be valid to the City of Bainbridge for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening.
