Renovation of a fire / police facility in Saginaw, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Specification: o Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for the removal and replacement of two existing rooftop heating/cooling systems located at Station One. o Remove and dispose of the existing rooftop units per EPA standards. o Install a new 7.5-ton electric cooling, gas heating rooftop unit with economizer. o Install a new 4-ton electric cooling, gas heating rooftop unit with economizer. o Installation will include all necessary materials and reconnections to gas piping, electrical wiring, condensate drain and thermostat. o Installation to include roof curb adapter where needed. o The contractor shall include in their bid the costs of any crane services and permits/inspections required by the agency having jurisdiction for the type of work on this project.
