Renovation of an educational facility in Lac La Biche, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Portage College is carrying out the final phase of the Townhouse/Student Housing siding replacement project. We are inviting you to submit a quote for: Labour & Tools contract. All materials are to be supplied by Portage College as per the list on Page 2. Remove existing deck, vinyl & on the house & office. Remove existing cedar horizontal siding on 2 story town houses. Dispose of wood, vinyl, and related debris. Installation of new house wrap, provided by Portage College. Installation of insulation where required, provided by Portage College. Installation of new CanExcel Siding Product (31680 Ft2), provided by Portage College. all costs, including labour, equipment, scaffolding, tools required to install this installation of siding should be on your quote. There may be incidental materials that will have to be purchased, that can be invoiced to Portage College. All work must be performed to meet the Alberta Building Code. Incidental material that is installed on Portage College Housing units is to be invoiced back to the college. This could be items like galvanized starter strips, Typar vapour barrier, Insulation, metal flashing, etc. Prior written approval, with a listing of "incidental material" is required before an invoice will be processed. There may be areas where rot will need to be repaired, prior to vapour barrier and siding being installed. This is an extra to the contract. Please provide an hourly wage that will be charged to make these repairs. Award: Tom's Siding - $188,000
