The Works include the supply of goods and services relating thereto, all as more fully described in the plans and specifications and the annexes which accompany them, all in accordance with the standards of the PUBLIC BODY, the standards in force, the rules of the art and the requirements contained in these Invitation to Tender Documents. The Palais des congrès de Montréal will remain in operation during the Works. The CONTRACTOR shall carry out the Works on the site during the night, Monday to Friday, between 11:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. Noisy Work, vibrations, odors and atmospheric contaminants must be limited to these time slots. The CONTRACTOR must provide two (2) teams who will have to work in parallel according to the execution sequence indicated in the Specification. Unless otherwise decided by the PARTIES in accordance with the Contract, the Works must be performed according to the following Schedule: Manufacture of steel elements: completed by November 15, 2023 Beginning of the start of the Works: February 5, 2024 Date of receipt of the Works with reservations: no later than March 3, 2024 Date of receipt of the Works without reservation: no later than March 10, 2024 The CONTRACTOR must store the reinforcement plates following their manufacture until the start date of the work, February 5, 2024, all in accordance with the standards of the PUBLIC BODY, the standards in force, the rules of the trade. and the requirements contained in these Tender Documents. When the plaques are finished, the CONTRACTOR must notify the architect and the PUBLIC BODY. Inspection and acceptance by the engineer must be completed before November 15, 2023.
