Q & A Deadline 09/18/2024 11:00 AM EDT Estimated Completion Date: October 17, 2025 The right of the CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO to recover liquidated damages shall not substitute for any recovery for additional costs in the event the Bidder fails to complete the Agreement for Construction according to the Contract Documents The City of Dublin may choose to not award the bid-and bidders shall hold bids open-until sixty days after the bid opening.
