Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 3 addendum issued for this tender. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/05/02 4:00:00 PM NDT Questions are submitted online Yes NL Health Services is administering this tender on behalf of Central Health, Eastern Health, Labrador Grenfell Health and Western Health to submit proposals for Inspection, Maintenance, Service and Supply of Fire Extinguishers for Various Sites as Identified. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this open call, as well as the Public Procurement Act. Products must be fully suited, as determined by Health Authorities' professional staff, for intended use and compatible with facilities and/or existing equipment. The term of the agreement will be for a contract period of three (3) years with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years. Bidder acknowledges to having read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions. General Requirements - Certification/Training - Insurance Required - Local Service Required Proposals should be submitted per region as identified below: Central Health Sites (CH Sites) Eastern Health Peninsula Sites (EH Peninsula Sites) Eastern Health Avalon City Sites (EH Avalon City Sites) Labrador Grenfell Health Sites (LGH Sites) Western Health Sites (WH Sites) and must cover all sites in the regions as outlined in the below lists of regional sites Vendors have the option to submit proposals for any or all the regions (as identified in the point above) Award may be to either a sole vendor for all regions (as identified above) OR multiple vendors to cover each of the regions Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
