Services to include design, bidding, construction administration, and project closeout services for a complete building renovation for the Holshouser Building (approximately 19,200 SF) located at the NC State Fairgrounds in Raleigh, NC. Scope of work will involve engineering and architecture services to upgrade utility services, replace roof, renovate bathrooms, renovate building envelope and renovate the building MEP systems to meet current and future needs.
