Question Acceptance Deadline 04/04/2023 05:00 PM EDT No Cobb County ("County") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for Construction Manager At-Risk ("CM At-Risk") Services for the Upgrades and/or Replacement of Detention Security Systems for the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, located at 1825 County Services Parkway Marietta, GA, 30008, and the Judicial Complex Facilities, located at 185 Roswell Street (Bldg D) Marietta, GA 30090, ("Project"), based on the Drawings and Specifications. The County will provide drawings for this solicitation, including existing facilities and systems, upon written request. Prior to release of this documentation, vendor shall be required to complete and execute a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) included as Attachment A. To obtain drawings, please send a signed NDA to purchasing@cobbcounty.org. Once the NDA is signed by the Sheriff's Office, a link to the drawings will be provided. Any explanation desired by a proposer regarding the meaning or interpretation of the Request for Proposal, drawings, specifications, etc. must be received in writing The deadline for questions has been april 4, 2023 in order for a reply to reach all proposers before the close of the bid. Any information concerning an RFP will be furnished to all prospective proposers as an addendum to the invitation if such information is necessary or if the lack of such information would be prejudicial to uninformed proposers.
