Renovation of an educational facility in Astoria, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This is a seismic upgrade project For Knappa High School. Structural scope includes near shear walls, footings, brace frames, sheathing, FRP, seismic joints, and overhead blocking and strapping. Scope also includes demo, architectural, and MEPF scopes to support the structural work. Work will start June 10, 2024 and be complete September 27, 2024
