Equipment procurement at the City of Batavia WTP This project is being partially funded by the NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation (NYSEFC). The Bid is subject to Minority and Women's Business Enterprises (M/WBE) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) participation requirements. M/WBE participation requirements shall be in accordance with NYSEFC's goal of 30% combined M/WBE participation (may be any combination of MBE and/or WBE participation). SDVOB participation requirements shall be in accordance with NYSEFC's goal of 6% SDVOB participation. The project consists of equipment procurement at the City of Batavia Water Treatment Plant and associated work as described in the Contract Documents All questions about the meaning or intent of the Procurement Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing at: Bryan.Malone@ghd.com 5.02 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such written questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Procurement Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only answers in the Addenda will be binding.
