The purpose of this proposal is to establish a competitive contract for the purchase of service and materials from qualified persons or companies interested in contracting with Plano ISD to provide HVAC, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Electrical, Lighting and Plumbing, Boiler Services district-wide on an as needed basis. The purpose is to obtain proposals from qualified persons or companies interested in contracting and providing HVAC, Electrical, Lighting and Plumbing Services for the District. The proposer's quality in delivery of services and experience with, and knowledge of standards of maintenance work and repair services and experience in such fields is of paramount importance to Plano Independent School District. The District is seeking to create a pool of qualified vendors with expertise to provide repair and maintenance services in the following fields of skilled trades: If there is a need to prepare professional quality Architectural Plans, Civil Engineer's, Environmental Engineer's or Structural Engineer's plans or drawings which require an Architect's or specific Engineer's seal or, If there is construction of new buildings or new additions to district property or, If in order to get the best value, the District: 1) reserves the right to use other procurement methods or 2) use existing RFP proposals for specific trades such as HVAC services, plumbing services, electrical services, etc. Question Deadline 05/02/2023 at 4:00 PM CT
