Site work and renovation of a parking garage in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 48,835-square-foot, five-story above grade parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

This includes the following: 1. Installation of owner provided electrical power equipment on the north side of the Stadium Drive parking garage including: a. (1) Main distribution panel with accompanying SPD b. (1) 500 kVA 480/208V transformer and upstream 800A disconnect c. (3) 400A, (3) 200A, and (3) 100A disconnects 2. Installation of (9) Camlock disconnects. 3. Construction of new data room within the parking garage. 4. Installation of new owner supplied 800A breaker within existing switchboard "WF". 5. Data cabling between the new TV truck area and various areas of the stadium including SMPTE, audio, and fiber optic cable. 6. Construction of new duct bank between the existing West Stadium switchboard and the new electrical equipment. B. The following construction work will be performed by University personnel: 1. Removal of trees and bushes in new electrical area. 2. BSM control work. C. Project Management including submittals, contract change management and other documents will be handled using the Owner's Project Management System. The Owner's Project Management System will be used for purposes of managing communication and documents during the design and construction stage.
