A new U.S. District Courtroom and ancillary spaces that is a duplication and mirror image of the existing U.S. District Courtroom presently located on the south side of the 7th floor. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. This is a Request for Proposals for a construction contract for the buildout of the U.S. District Courtroom 7th Floor-North courtroom and holding cell at the Sam M. Gibbons US Courthouse, 801 N. Florida Ave., Tampa, FL 33602. This project involves the build out of a new US District Court courtroom and ancillary spaces and a US Marshals Service holding cell.
